Just been looking at the list of Nuttalls here on UKH
http://www.ukhillwalking.com/logbook/set.php?id=33
and noticed that several are listed as being in Northumberland which clearly aren't e.g. Nine Standards Rigg and Knoutberry Haw. The ones which appear to be misplaced are nos. 372, 374, 407, 425, 437 and 438.
Most/all of them lie within or very close to the Yorkshire Dales NP and are in Yorkshire or possibly just over the border in Cumbria.

I can't find any link there to who moderates the list to inform them so perhaps if somebody knows they could do that?

In reply to pec:
Normally hills on the database are grouped as in Relative Hills of Britain - an extension of the groupings in Munro's Tables. Grouping hills by council areas is daft as boundaries are often on ridges.

Have you tried contacting Nuttall and Nuttall, the P15 E&W list compilers.

In reply to Fat Bumbly2:

The hills in the link I've provided aren't listed by council area or by county.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the P15 E&W list compilers",
I know the Nuttalls compiled these lists of the 2000' hills but they don't have them in the wrong counties in their books, presumably its someone on UKH who put them in the list I've linked to, not the Nuttalls themselves?

I think that the Snowdonia mountains are out of place there, and should really be in Scotland.

Rubbish. Every one knows ther mountains of Snowdonia are in the Silly Isles.
