I bought an H7 headtorch 2.5 years ago on Amazon and have had fantastic use out of it until the pivoting head lost resistance and would no longer stay in the desired position and would just fall to pointing at the floor. So I attempted to fix with no success, then I decided to call LED Lenser in the US to ask if they could help. They told me to call LEDCO in the UK which I did last tuesday. Very nice lady sent me a form to print off and fill out and send back with the torch which I did on Wednesday. On friday morning a brand new H7.2 lands on my door mat. I was flabergasted, not what I was expecting....I thought at best a repair, at worst being informed it was a fake and certainly not for at least 10-14 days.
Top top customer service....nice one LED Lenser (and I found out they come with a 5 year guarantee!)
