Hi all,

Anyone know if The Climbing Barn at Crossflatts is still open??

Website seems to be saying it is no longer in operation and no one seems to answer the phone

It's shut for good I think. The lease expired.

Closed, I believe. A real shame. A nice, wee, local wall.

I think the business was working out but the owner of the site may have eyes on re-development?

I (believe) that the decision was made by the landowners that the best way to extract the value from the land was to sell it on to a developer. Unfortunate as it sounded like a pretty cool place and a growing business.
