I need to buy a pair of Katana lace ups and a pair of 5.10 Moccasyms, but I cannot get anywhere to try them on. I wear a 37 in solutions and a size 5 in anasazi velcros. Would these sizings match up?

I would say the same as Solutions; I wear Katana Lace. I have tried solutions but never bought them and found the same size as my Katanas to be best fit.

I wear a 45 street shoe, and 42.5 in Katana Lace, so 2.5 Euro sizes down.

depends on how you size your solutions. but yeah no smaller than the solutions and id say up to 1 full EU size up depending on how you want to size the katanas

I'd say the same size in Katana Laces as Solutions is probably about right - I need to wear both about 1/2 bigger than most other Sportiva shoes.
Maybe 1/2 to 1 size smaller in the Moccs, since the leather usually loosens up, though maybe the effect is less pronounced in smaller sizes
