I got this a while back, never kept instructions, and can't figure out how to set it up. Googled for a bit to no joy.

I think that you'll have to thread the yellowy bit round the head of the axe in someway (is there a buckle) and the black bit attaches to your harness.

The free End of the black bungy cord attaches to axe head, threaded through the hole. Large yellow loop goes over head, under one arm, like a sling, little yellow loop acts like a holster for axe when not in hand. For a single walking axe I like it, but holster is a waste of time really.
The black bungy is long so you can change hands holding the axe without ajusting the yellow sling, never lose your axe.
