Is great!

I spent a year in Saudi Arabia and often ate communal food (chicken and rice) by hand.

I hanker for it a bit. Any recipes/suggestions?

Soup?
In reply to JJL: I especially like the suggestion of soup. If you spent a year there you should have a load of ideas about what to eat, or were you just going to the local burger joint all the time?

Tesco don't sell camel; or goat (lamb just isn't the same).

Probably do Mansaf and rice and some run over chicken.

ROCKTALK
A general forum for topics relating to climbing. This is the place to debate things like specific routes, ethics, grading, styles of ascent, top roping, headpointing, bouldering, bolts, the latest news and anything else that you have an opinion on. The only caveat is that the topic shouldn't be too trivial, keep the really light-hearted climbing stuff in the Pub.
