Hardly. They've got into a Twitter account - probably by calling somebody and pretending to be IT support.

They've hardly got control of the nuclear arsenal.

Well the BBC website analysis says:

"The material posted on the site represents an amateurish and unconvincing attempt to publicise "secrets". Most of the information is hardly secret at all - the postal address at the Pentagon of the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey."

We will see but this seems to be a situation of getting a lot of attention for just being mischievous at the right time.
