congratulations to the staff and punters from awesome walls for the interviews on BBC news this morning. The piece hopefully will inspire others to take up the growing sport ( though not so many that I cannot get on a route )
My students here at Buxton college often climb at awesome walls in both stockport and Sheffield and we find the routes and staff their as entertaining as the piece to TV this morning.

What makes this really nice is that there's no big sponsors or sexism involved.
Nothing against Red Bull or girls but it would of been so different.

Climbing is never going to get too popular despite the welcomed publicity. We just have to let the new folk know there's more to outdoor climbing that Stanage and the likes!
