Just wanted to say a big thanks to all those who helped today at Sheepstor when my mate took a tumble down the crag! Hes in hospital with a busted ankle but still a big smile! Big thanks to devon air ambulance too!

Hope your mate bounces back quickly, good to hear he's still smiling. You usually see the best side of the climbing community after an incident like this and our emergency services are awesome.

I like to extend my thanks as well. i was the person taking the tumble was nice to have so many people to help. just have got to get through 8 weeks without getting out :/ any ideas what i can do for the next few weeks in this cast?

Cheer up I had an upper body and pecs like you wouldn't believe ( I have a cyclists build) after crutching round for a few weeks (much to the doctors horror, 'you should be resting with your leg up').
