I have been significantly delayed in the past few months on virgins.
I have just found out that it is possible to reclaim monies owed.
I can¡¦t remember the dates when I was delayed.
Any ideas were I can data to help jog my memory?

You only have twenty eight days to claim, I doubt there is any point trying to get compensation for delays more than four weeks ago, they will just tell you it's your fault for being late... spot the subtle irony.

You need a copy of the ticket to claim. Should just be able to stroll into the Virgin travel centre and announce you want your compo, unfortunately you've got to download a form of their website send it all back to them, i.e. f*cking scandalously complicated considering all the bullshit they make you go through in order to buy the ticket in the first place - tiered pricing, paying more for simpler tickets, non refundable fares, british transport police actually working enforcing the law on behalf of a company that doesn't pay any tax in the U.K. Branson, what a stroker.

If you bought em on line, you'll have email receipts of the ticket with dates and times.
