Parking Again

Last month I mentioned that Mrs. Fester had overstayed by about 15 minutes in an ANPR controlled supermarket car park.

It's now two weeks ago and she hasn't heard anything. Does anyone know how quick off the mark these people are for sending out their invoice? The company is Parking Eye.

I got one from Moto services who use some crooks called something i cant remember for over staying my welcome at Stafford, it took about 3 weeks from memory, i wrote to Moto and suggested that spending £15 in their shops an £90 on fuel was perhaps reason enough to let me park there for longer than 2 hours, they contacted their "agent" who dropped the whole thing.......

The law has changed now, read up carefully what you can and can't ignore, it depends what membership body they belong to and are regulated by, there is a difference on how you need to deal with it.
