"Aging" a Film

I'm currently producing a video and I would like to make some of it look like old black and white film with scratches and other marks on the image. I thought at one time I'd seen something in a program that could simulate old film.

Anyone know of anything?

You can do this with varying degrees of authenticity with most non linear editors.

You are looking for filters or effects such as:

Greyscale / desaturate.
Old film
Old grain
Old lines

What editor are you using?
