What are the advantages of a Texas-style Prusik loop with two foot loops, over a 'regular' single-foot loop? Which one is easiest to use??

I don't know what a Texas style loop is but the answer to which is easier to use is almost certainly "it depends what you're doing and what you're familiar with".

In reply to Rapsling:

Easier to keep feet under control and to drive with the feet. Note this is normally used for crevasse rescue as the foot straps are tied to make it easy to get them over crampons and then for the loop to stay put.
