Huge thankyou to RAB

They have just repaired my 15 year old down jacket which after years of hard service all over the world use had a rip and some torn stitching.

not only have they done a brilliant job on the repair but they didn't charge me.

I think getting the repair for free is a bit unusual. The job was well worth the £25+postage it should have cost me.

I can't recommend them highly enough, I will give my £25 to mountain rescue

I can't Fault Rab for Customer service, sent me a few stufffsacs over the years without charge and replaced an old Vr top without fuss or delay. I do buy a lot of Rab kit mainly due to the outstanding service.

They once repaired my ancient Ladakh sleeping bag for a nominal fee, restuffed it, restitched it and I got another decade's heavy use out of it. I still have it and have spent well over 2000 nights inside it. Brilliant.
