Anyone share any beta for the route Buccaneer in Boulder Ruckle, Swanage. I mean to lead it this year but I remember the top part being tough as second.

Solid E2, well protected, brilliant route. You don't need to know any more than that, surely?

I normally take some hexes for the first pitch as cams don't work well in the flint bands.
Stay cool on the top head wall. There is loads of gear, so if you run out of steam you can always plug in a piece and rest. Not that you will want to, but it is relaxing to know you can if you have to.

We got on this thinking it was Finale Groove, thought it was a bit stiff for HVS!
You said you found it tough on second, so at least you know you have done it before which will help you mentally, like others have said its well protected and you can get a good rest before tackling the top section.
