i'm originally from Slovakia but since I started climbing after moving to UK the knowledge of climbing there is a bit limited. However if you know more or less where you will be headed and what type of climbing you are after I could put you in contact with some locals that could help more?

I've go an old guide to stuff in the lower hills rather than the Tatra. Some good stuff in the Slovensky Raj I recall.
