A quick check suggests conditions won't be particularly favourable in Snowdonia or Lakes.
Rjukan is warm and wet.
There are many things to do on the Ben and other parts of the Hielands.

Where else is looking good for the coming weekend? What's the latest climbing info from the Alps - Cogne, Sottoguda, etc?

Thanks.....

Currently in Lochaber staying at Inchcree. Was out on Aonach Eagach yesterday. Lots of soft snow over old hard snow. Turned back as we were moving too slow. Two other parties completed the route. A good abseil descent off Am Bodach.
A fun day despite not completing the ridge. Some heavy snowfall on the way down.

Today has been very windy up at the CIC hut. Climbed on some ice falls near the hut. Very wet and windy later this afternoon. A heavy thaw due over next 36 to 48 hrs then going cold again. Lots of snow melt is forecast.

Heavy snow due Thursday for a while and then cold again for Friday and possibly Saturday. Not sure after that.

If you get a chance to update how much thawing is going on tomorrow that would be much appreciated.
