There's few patches of snow from what I could see - easily passable on the Llanberis path. I cannot comment on the other routes but from what I've seen, there's very little snow left - only in secluded parts and on some sections of paths where it may have drfited and been compacted.
Best thing would be to go with it in mind that you may have to turn around - don't take any risks. It doesn't matter if you didn't make it - it's more important that you tried!
Alternatively, you could hire a local ML *cough* to take you up I hear they only charge £100/day and can make a dull day rather interesting *cough*! :p
