Generally excellent conditions on Tower Ridge yesterday. The chimney up onto the ridge from the Douglas Gap merited tech 4 in unhelpfully - though fun - thin condition (a bit of a rude intro to mixed climbing for my hillwalking partner on his third climb!) but everything else was straightforward, including the direct line on the Little Tower. The start of the Eastern Traverse is currently a well sculpted, firm ledge, courtesy of many boots and recent temperatures.
