Does anyone have any gen on the conditions in Chamonix?

A friend and I are heading there in two weeks so hoping to get a wee steer on what's going on.

Looking at sking if the conditions are good, if not some winter climbing and alpine stuff.

conditions here in Cham have been pretty amazing..but we have fresh snow now and over the next week..
