Photoshop laptop recommendation <£700

Hi, Looking for a pro level PS laptop. Looking for quad core 4mb cache, preferably Windows 7, >=8gb DDR3 1600 RAM (ideally upgradeable to 16gb), small SSD and separate HDD. Ideally 17" screen, >= 1280x800. A PS supported graphics card would be a bonus.

Any recommendations about the £700 mark? I haven't built a system for a long time, but I understand it's generally cheaper to buy prebuilt these days?
