Day tours around Zermatt

Hi All

I've got three days in the Zermatt area before setting off on the Monte Rosa haute route. Any recommended day tours?

The Cima di Jazzi fits the bill fairly well.
The Adler Pass and down to Saas.

Briethorn for a short day for the 4000m collectors...quite good for a solo day
