In glorious spring weather I took a walk up into Cwm Idwal today. Such was the weather I even took the precaution of applying sun cream.
After what I went through last year it really felt good to be alive and to be able to take in the grand scenery in some decent conditions. I got back to the tea shack and, sitting there with a hot chocolate, thought how lucky I am to be still able to go into the hills and enjoy myself.
