It's a bit late in the season to be thinking about Winter ML assessments, granted, but I've just completed mine and have wrote a little blog post of top tips which will hopefully help any prospective winter MLs thinking of going for the assessment next winter. Enjoy!

Thanks for that read Sam, well done for passing.

Brought it all back....I passed mine a month or so ago, and the memories are still fresh. It's a good feeling to finally get it done eh?

Nice one Sam. Epic, isn't it?! Enjoyed writing up mine too - kind of blog orientated therapy for the post traumatic WML stress. Won't link to it here but you'll find it if interested.

Cheers

Si

The Lodge.

It does make me smile how we all talk of the stress of the assessment. It bloody well was stressful!

Now, back to climbing again in winter occasionally, instead of plodding around following a compass bearing weekend after weekend
