Josh Ibbotson becoming the youngest Brit to climb 8a, 3 kb10 year-old Josh Ibbertson has redpointed his third 8a sport route in Margalef, Spain with an ascent of El Guardià. Josh climbed his first 8a Innuendo - also at Margalef - in February.

We've just been informed by James that El Guardia is in fact Josh's third 8a - he also climbed Sativa Patatica in the same week! Article has been amended with this information.
