Can Anyone recommend a courier that will ship a roof box, all the ones I've looked at say it's too big.

Try shiply.com, you submit the job and people bid for it. Nice and simple to use.

Try a company that uses vans instead of motorbikes?

Paisley Freight will carry it, they have a very good website and service but beware - they are only acting as agents for the dreaded TNT who will do their best to destroy your box if it's not well packed.

Curiously TNT will accept all kinds of packages via various agents but won't accept them direct.

Can you see if anyone is going that way anyhow?

Parcel monkey - who use DX freight (formerly Night freight).

They are cheap for big stuff providing you wrap it in cardboard. Unreliable for collections though. Make sure you ring the local dx depot to ensure they are coming.

Thanks everyone, I used shiply but all the quotes were around £100. Parcel Monkey came back with £48 through DX but Paisley Freight did it for £26 which is fantastic so thanks for that Rigid Raider
