We almost turned away when we saw the crowds on saturday but thought let's see first..... what a delightful group (Lancs Moutaineering Club?). 2 of our crew managed to solo the entire edge in between the club ascents in just a few hours. The most crowded I have seen the crag but no dodgy belays, no multi-hour in-situ-top-ropes, no boorish behaviour, no littering, no clouds of chalk, what a refreshing experience.

Went there on Sunday,very quite with just a couple of small groups climbing and 3-4 teams.
Same experience as your day on Saturday - lovelly little crag.

Thanks for the nice words, this was The Lancashire Mountaineering Club's 2nd progression to rock meet for 2015. I think we nearly managed to get everyone to lead a route for the first time outdoors.
