I don't know about this particular vet but there's a vet clinic in Nemours (www.cliniqueveterinaireduloing.com) where you can do it, an Irish mate had a stamp put on his dog's passport for equinoccochus something (tapeworm) if what's what you mean. Apparently one of the vets speaks very good English, I don't know about the others. You have to ring them in advance to get an appointment though, unless you go on a Saturday (then you can just walk in and it's sort of 'first come first served'). And they're very nice.
While I'm at it, dogs must be kept on a leash at all time in the forest between mid-April and end of June, because they can cause a lot of disturbances to the wildlife, which is already facing tremendous pressure due to the forest becoming increasingly popular...
