I don't know about this particular vet but there's a vet clinic in Nemours (www.cliniqueveterinaireduloing.com) where you can do it, an Irish mate had a stamp put on his dog's passport for equinoccochus something (tapeworm) if what's what you mean. Apparently one of the vets speaks very good English, I don't know about the others. You have to ring them in advance to get an appointment though, unless you go on a Saturday (then you can just walk in and it's sort of 'first come first served'). And they're very nice.

While I'm at it, dogs must be kept on a leash at all time in the forest between mid-April and end of June, because they can cause a lot of disturbances to the wildlife, which is already facing tremendous pressure due to the forest becoming increasingly popular...

We always use the vet in Milly la foret, had great service from them, no need to book, just turn up, we've found the best thing to do is turn up about 4pm as it's usually quiet then, they charge about 28 euros
The address is 22 Av. du General leclerc, 91490 MILLY LA FORET
