Hired a car from Hertz via Auto Europe
Got puncture.
Spare showing inner casing.
Went to Tafroute and bought new tyre £45
Wrote to Auto Europe to complain about crap spare.
Just received this
"Dear Mr. Que sera sera,
I hope this email finds you well. As to date we have not received a satisfactory reply from Hertz to our query, we have today issued a refund of the tire cost, 650.00 MAD as £45.00 GBP, which should appear within the next 2-3 business days on your credit card statement.
I hope this is of asssitance, and please let us know if you have further questions or concerns."
therefore I highly recommend Auto Europe
