campsites near grizedale

Hi Guys, can anyone recommend a nice campsite in the grizedale/Coniston area? Fairly cheap, quiet, pub within walking distance. Cheers Si

Ive always enjoyed staying on the Coniston Hall campsite.

cheap, just a short walk from the centre of Coniston and its on the shores of Coniston Water.

I've not used Coniston Hall for 7 or 8 years, it's a great location, I've camped there since the early 80s, it's always been a busy site, but the last few times I visited seemed to be much, much worse for noise at night.
