Hi there people.

Any advice on good campsites for the Thursday/Friday/Saturday of the next Bank holiday weekend at the end of May. Preferably one which doesn't invite louts and one which caters more for climbers rather than those trying to bang up and down snowdon. Ideally going to be climbing Idwal Slabs and Tryfan areas.

10 mins from Tryfan, facilities incl. and £5 a night/person from what I remember. Not particularly climby, might be a few DoE group types but decent enough place. Pub within walking distance.

Gwern Gof Uchaf is the nearest site to Tryfan / Idwal. Assuming that the recent movie filming occupation has finally moved on.

I was going to say Gwern Gof Isaf, but for that exact reason.

Their online booking is showing green from Wednesday, so I guess the filming has gone by then.
