La Sportiva Trail Running Day - June 6th 2015, Ambleside
The Climbers' Shop / La Sportiva Traill Running day will be a fun day for trail and fell runners, both novice and seasoned, with some great giveaways, free coffee and cake, expert advice and a guided run in the stunning Lake District countryside.
There'll be a choice of guided 3 runs (10K, 10 miles and 20 miles). Don't worry though, there'll be no problems if you want to change your choice on the day. The runs will be guided by qualified local runners and will be at a pace to suit the slowest runner.
On the run you'll have the opportunity to try out La Sportiva Running shoes, Leki trail poles, Smartwool socks and Ultimate Direction Vest Packs.
In the morning there'll be presentations by the La Sportiva, Leki, Smartwool, Superfeet and UD Packs, along with a free brew and some cake at Esquires Coffee Shop in Ambleside.

Arrive ready to run, with warm layers for pre and post run presentations. Limited toilet facilities are available at the Coffee Shop (no showers available). For the longer runs bring wet weather kit and any water / food you wish to take.
