I recently came back from a BASE jumping trip on the stunning island of Foula. I did a first BASE jump off the spectacular cliffs of Nebbifield.
But to make that jump, I had to walk up the back of the mountain starting at the road on the north of the island. Walking up the back was absolutely stunning and from the top you can see most of the island. If you are looking for somewhere different which is remote, has amazing birdlife, seals swimming on the coastline and amazing cliff faces, then Foula is the place to go.
