I understand that the Tories are planning boundary changes because there is a tiny disparity between vote share and seats between the Tories and Labour.

How do they justify correcting a tiny difference, while wilfully ignoring the huge injustices produced by the self same system?

I've not seen any detail on this but I'm sure that some years ago (under labour?) the boundaries were rejigged to ensure that MPs represented equal numbers of constituents.

Whilst we continue using the current system it would seem logical that as local populations wax and wane there will need to be further adjustments?
