Hi guys,

I'm looking for somewhere in the peaks to get some trad climbing in; grades roughly VD-HVS. Don't have a car, so I would want crags somewhere hikable from a hostel, and ideally not too far from a train station. Any suggestions where I should be looking?

Thanks

You need to be more specific, Welsh peaks, Lake District peaks or Scottish peaks?

Chris

Stanage would be the obvious choice, yha in hathersage or better camp at north lees

Also have burbage valley in walking distance from north lees campsite, or millstone from hathersage yha. I'd second this suggestion.
