This year I've caught the bug. Ive always played team sports so fit, but in a different way.
Started out with a few parkrun's these are so nice and friendly, PB is 22.50 im sure ive gone faster but just forgot my bar-code.
Ive booked in for a 10k this month and signed up for a half marathon in June.
My lovely wife is due the end of august so, August is out for racing.
Questions without posh watch how can i learn pace myself correctly on tempo runs?
Why do my legs find heavy at the start of run but light and amazing towards the end? is this a good thing?
Are there any events in the north west in July? I would consider any endurance based event
