Anyone know of a "partners wanted" type forum for Boulder, Colorado?

Yep Mountainproject. Also you can look at the boards in Boulder Rock Club or Movement gyms in town.

As other have said, Mountain Project. Note that they have dedicated partner section.

Supertopo can't hurt. They don't have anything dedicated to partners so you'd have to keep bumping your post. The majority of Supertopo posters are from California but other areas are certainly represented.
