May be doing this soon with a camp along the way. Where on the ridge is feasible? Small one man tent.

Ridge broadens out a little to the west of Maol Chinn-dearg, on Sgurr Coire na Feinne. I seem to remember it being quite grassy around there. There are probably loads of other places you could tuck your tent into as well depending what the wind is doing.

Some friends camped just below the summit of Sgurr an Lochain.
It's on my list of 'fun things to do' this summer too
