Do these stretch much? Trying to decide between 7 or 7.5.

Only ever use la sportiva and my muiras vs at 6.5 and stretched a bit but not for all day work.

They don't give much to be honest, & if they do the toe rand gets pushed so it overhangs the sole or at least that's what mine did....Just bought a new pair the same size & they are about 5mm bigger, which is gutting going to send my old ones off to be re-soled.

FYI I only go down one full size from my street shoe for pinks they remain comfortable but with a slight bend in my toes.

I'm a street 11 and wear an 11. Next pair I could definitely do 10.5 and more likely a 10. Great shoes by the way.
