Ueli Steck is in a team doing all 82 4000m peaks in the Alps this summer, cycling between them. It looks like they'll be putting out good video footage to whet our appetites. The videos are on the Facebook page.

Mr Steck ought to know that there are 50 proper 4000m peaks in the Alps, the others are merely pimples on ridges and disintegrating rock spikes.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
