UKC

So I popped out to a little crag near me and after looking at it I can see a big area that has no climbs in UKC nor in the classic south Devon and Dartmoor.

It looks like they'd be around Vdiff so id have thought they'd be in UKC/guide book but they're not, does that mean they are unclaimed?

It's a very quiet crag, UKC logged routes are very sparse date wise.

I'd really love to get a first ascent to my name, that being said the crag has no mod so if I were to go who/how are they approved to UKC?

Yeah, which make me think it'd have been done but I can't find any mention in my guide books.

If you become the moderator you can approve the changes as you make them. I'd worry about getting up the routes before fiddling with UKC's database

I have the script for the new guide ( I am working on the artwork) so if you email which crag it is I can tell you if anything new has been done.

Dont worry I wont steal your routes, ive got enough of mine round Bristol way!!

Nope nothing on javu, so if pylon king doesn't have anything I get my five minutes of non fame.

If you submit a new climb to a crag without a moderator it will just show up as unapproved. See the routes with the red asterix here for example: Aran Benllyn
