Just wondering whether anyone has positive or negative views of clinics in Merseyside? I want to get my diagnosed dupuytrens sorted ASAP (it's just one of many things which has stopped me from climbing this year) but have no knowledge of any of the clinics available... In an ideal world (I really, REALLY hate needles) I'd like to get it treated with radiotherapy, but again I have no idea where on Merseyside might be able to offer this treatment.

In reply to Dom Whillans:

I don't like needles either but I'd be even less keen on radiotherapy, given the risks and questionable effectiveness.

To be honest, the worst thing about needle aponeurotomy is the name - it's really not that scary and I can honestly say that after the first half-second I didn't feel a thing. It was really quick and in my case gave a great result.
