I can see the point that this chap is trying to make but surely the big picture is rather different from the one he is painting. Older males produce most of the diversity. Diversity is required for evolution. There are billions of this species on this planet and we are becoming less diverse and less able to adapt as a species. Surely if we make freezing sperm at 18 the norm then our species is significantly less likely to survive long into the future. We're all doomed!

Put it in an ice cube tray and pop it in the back of the freezer. The individual compartments are even the right size for each splurge you produce, so over a week or so, you should have enough for a rugby team. Not sure of the correct medical process to use it though, but I should imagine you could just insert it and let the recipients body heat do the rest.
You'd have to make sure that no one uses them as novelty ice cubes at a party though...

Firstly, freezers don't seem to last very long these days- and even if they did use more durable freezers, it's hardly fair on any kids that were produced by such a route.
They'd be picked on at school, easily singled by their characteristic odour - smelling like food that's been kept in the freezer too long...
