Been trying with no success to book the envers refuge hut in Chamonix through the contacts provided on Chamonix.net.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Tried contacting the guides offices and the bmc but just waiting to hear back.

Yes it opened on the 13th June. I stayed there last week but unfortunately had the same problem as you - tried the gardienne's mobile number but it kept saying it wasn't recognised?

I can't really be of much help other than to say that we just walked up there without a reservation and asked if we could have a bed. They were very obliging. It'd probably be a bit more tricky if you're after food etc.
