From the Gniffeti Hut you can link up most of the peaks in one long day of fairly easy snowplodding. The nearest peaks to this hut, Pyramide Vincent and Punta Giordani are probably better done as a day in themselves and the furthest peaks, The Dufourspitze and Nordend are a long way, you'd have to be going some to take them in as well and get back in one day but you could have a stopover at the Margherita Hut.
If huts aren't your thing you can camp/bivi on a rocky ridge a couple of hundred metres below the Gniffeti Hut and if you can be bothered to carry bivi gear there's plenty of flat ground in the Signalkuppe/Zumsteinspitze area albeit on snow.
There's also the Balmenhorn Bivi Hut an hour and a half above the Gniffeti which would reduce the amount of work on the summit day, climbing Vincent/Giordani en-route to this then the rest of the summits from there the next day would make a great Grand Traverse.
From the Zumsteinspitze you can get back to the Gniffeti hut in a straight line bypassing all the summits.
