Starting to notice some of the early signs of achilles tendonosis (again!). Absolutely gutted as my training has been going well. I'm entered in a half marathon in August and a marathon in October. Hopefully I've caught this early enough to do something about it. Already started doing lots of eccentric heel drops and stretches, but thought I'd also get some professional advice.
Any sports physio recommendations for the Bristol area would be gratefully received.
