Can anyone suggest a crag/area that ticks my boxes?? Boxes are

In Wales nearish to the coast(will be fishing as well)
Easyish routes trad and/or sport
Some long routes

Plenty of quality easy trad, if you want sport there is a quarry near St. David's but realistically you're missing the point if you go sport climbing in Pembrokeshire.
