For about 10 days I've had pain across my lower back after being asleep for 3-4h. That's when I wake up and no position is pain free except sat up, which is not great to sleep in. I'm knackered, cant get more than a few hours sleep a night.
I've tried two different beds and the floor.
I get no pain in the day or doing activities like climbing gardening or cycling. I've had a quick read online and some things like spondylitis come up but that seems odd, I'm 32 and not had any back problems other than a pulled muscle once or twice.
I've given the area a poke and prod but there's no soreness.
What are your thoughts peeps?
Not looking forward to another night now

In reply to Pesda potato:

I find a vetical hang from a pull up bar tends to relax the back and stretch it out a bit.

I also had a lower back pain recently caused by having too many pillows at the head end of the bed. I was sliding down the heap whilst drifting off to sleep and my feet were dangling off the end of the mattress. It must have strained something.
