Has anyone had success mounting a Garmin Virb for walking or scrambling. Presumably a helmet mount would work if you are wearing one.

I thought I'd been clever by using a wrist strap to mount it on my shoulder on my rucksack strap. However, the video was really bouncy due to my walking steps.

I'm guessing it would be difficult to mount on a chest strap due to it's long axis?

Has anyone any better ideas?

You can get a shoulder harness for it but you can't wear a rucksack with it.
Never use mine in the hills unless climbing and then I use the helmet strap. I bought a first generation go pro for hill walking but rarely use that as I'm sure no one wants to see me slog up a hill on YouTube!
