'197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 199, 200, 201, 202, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203'

For the love of god man, go out and climb something. Nobody should even notice this, let alone care

He's sprained a ligament in his thumb flicking the pages back and forth. If only he had a good book on injury treatment...

I'm told that most print runs produce some copies with wrong paging. Normally most are found but yours slipped through. You'll get another copy without question if you ask.

Further reading should starts on page 196 (the title is on 195) and goes up to 213. Then there's the rather brief index which still comes under 'Further Reading' which obviously it shouldn't be. This is from 214 to 216 - the last page in the book.

Hope that helps.

You should go and see a doctor if you managed to get to page 203 while having a poo, that can't be healthy.

I think you will find the thumb is sadly neglected in this book.
